Welcome to Como Custom Services ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

• "Design" refers to any custom furniture design created or uploaded by a User through the Platform.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if these requirements are not met.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

4.1. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT

5.1. Custom Orders: All orders are processed based on the design specifications you provide. Once an order is confirmed, you may not modify or cancel it without our prior written consent.

5.2. Pricing: Prices are listed in [AED, BHD, SAR, QR] and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

5.3. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via Payment Gateway provided.

5.4. Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.

6. DESIGN SUBMISSIONS

6.1. By submitting a design through the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and modify the design.

• The design does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• The design does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful material.

6.2. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the design for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services.

6.3. We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

7. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

7.1. Production Timeline: Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

7.2. Delays: We are not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.

7.3. Inspection and Acceptance: You must inspect the product upon delivery and notify us of any defects within 14 days. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1. Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of the products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

8.2. Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

8.3. Non-Returnable Items: Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or modification by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our exclusive property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our express written consent.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or Products.

10.2. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your infringement of any intellectual property rights or other third-party rights.

12. TERMINATION

12.1. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

14.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in accordance with the rules of Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor strikes, and governmental actions.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
